Location: The Venue at Murphy Lane Newnan, GA

Vibe: Romantic, Elegant, and Intimate.

The Venue at Murphy Lane is located on 88 beautiful acres of farmland in Newnan, GA. This gorgeous estate boasts rolling hills, wide-open fields and pastures. My favorite detail is the gorgeous newly remodeled barn.

The table scape consisted of a romantic rustic table setting that included gold laced fine china. There is an eclectic mix of accouterments including candlesticks, votives, and vases that highlighted the table’s ambiance. The flowering blooms were garden red roses, anna roses, pink spray roses, red gerber daisies and red mini carnations. Greenery included leather leaf, silver dollar eucalyptus and small pit. Key interests were accented with curly willow branches.

Long steamed gold and white silverware added minimal lines for an elegant appeal.

The invitations were constructed from handmade paper. Custom pink watercolor and iridescent ink was used for the calligraphy. The “Waste Not” Envelopes are deep red with silver calligraphy ink.

The cake was a vanilla cake with strawberry whipped filling and a strawberry butter cream. The watercolor method was used to create the blend of vibrant red!

The whoopsie pies and cupcakes were baked by Small Cakes Cup Cakery of Newnan.

Small Cakes displayed two of their signature flavors, Pink Vanilla and Pink Chocolate. As well as one of their best sellers, Red Velvet, which is topped with cream cheese icing, a true southern favorite! The whoopsie pies were also Red Velvet with cream cheese icing! Yum!

Small Cakes added a few extra Valentine's Day touches by using a red buttercream, heart sprinkles, candy hearts, and some adorable Valentine's Day themed cupcake toppers!

The Romantic Bridal Gown was from Bride Beautiful of Atlanta Designed by Calla Blanche.
